Tour

For a nominal fee visitors can tour the reconstructed boat to see how the Chinese asylum seekers fled the turmoil of their own country to find sanctuary in South Korea.

The boat is a short walk north of Dongmun Market towards Raw Fish Town and the port.

Jeju is home to a number of immigrants and their families who left China for a better life in Korea in the 1940s and 1950s.
